Foday Explorer 6 Listed & Priced

Foday is a small maker of suv’s and pick up trucks from the soutjern province of Guangding. On October 27th they listed their newest car; the Explorer 6. A huge step for Foday, the previous Explorer was named ‘Explorer 3′. It is basically the same car but with a huge new front in line with the latest trend in suv-front design in China. Job well done!
The Explorer 6 is available from 89.000 yuan and for that one gets a huge car, 4885 × 1780 × 1920, wheelbase is 3025. Engines: 2.0 and 2.4 petrol, and a 2.8 6-inline diesel for the countryside. Gearbox: 5-speed manual or 4-speed auto.
A lot of kit too, radio-cd with usb-connectivity, electric everything, airco, sporty dials and four airbags. Interior loox cheap but not too cheap, design standard.
Enough space in the back for a buch of farmers and their goat. Nice car alltogether, Foday will likely move a couple of thousand of ‘m in rurality but I doubt the Explorer 6 will ever make it to the city.

But how much longer can Foday expect to sell this worked over, but tired Isuzu knock-off?

Indeed, and technically noting changed, just that big new front. They have to go cheaper and cheaper until they don’t make any money anymore and dissapear…
