Published on May 11, 2011 by Tycho de Feijter

The facelifted Mercedes-Benz C-class wagon will be sold in China, one car was seen at a parking lot in Beijing. The wagon will arrive from Germany as an import unlike the sedan that is made in China by the Beijing-Benz joint venture. The market for wagons is still too small for local production.

The C-class wagon will arrive before the end of the summer. Price will start around 430.000 yuan and end around 548.000 yuan. Engines for China: 1.6 supercharged, 1.8 turbo and 3.0 V6, mated to a 7-speed automatic.
