Transporting a Tank-turret, the Chinese way
Published on January 24, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter
In the process of making a tank the turret, which holds the gun, is usually made in a weapon factory while the tank’s chassis is usually made in a truck factory. At one moment both parts have to come together. It is mostly the turret that moves because it is easier to transport than a chassis. In China they transport the turret in a very easy way.., all in the open simply on the back of a flatbed truck, together with some other stuff that had to go. Via: Huanqiu.
