Toyota Tundra is a Patriot in China

A gigantic Toyota Tundra pickup truck with a sticker of a Chinese flag covering the Toyota logo, seen in the great city of Zhuhai in Guangdong Province. Owners of Japanese vehicles hope this kinda stickers will protect their vehicles from getting beaten up by anti-Japanese mobs, earlier on we met a patriotic Mazda 6.
The island row between China and Japan shows no sign of letting down, coastguard ships from both sides clash almost daily in the waters near the islands and politically there is no sigh of peace at all. Sales of Japanese cars are down hard, Toyota sales in China went down 44%. The American-made Toyota Tundra is not officially sold in China but some arrive via the gray market, this particular example was powered by the mighty ‘i-Force’ 5.7 liter V8. Yez, Toyota is a very green company…
