I don’t understand why Volvo built a new factory for only one model : this XC Classic.
A production in Volvo’s Chengdu factury should be a better idea, not?

If you haven’t noticed, almost all Chinese variant of foreign branded cars got their engine swapped out with lower spec versions. This is in large part due to the higher taxes on larger engines, a car of XC’s size should have a T6 or better a V8 if volvo ever make one.
