There will be two four-cylinder petrol engines available: a 105hp 1.5 and a new 147hp 1.5 turbo, both mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic, sending power to the front wheels. Size: 3898×1729×1621, wheelbase is 2560. The Haval H1 will be marketed as a sporty small SUV for young families living in the big cities. The black plastic gives the H1 that crossover-going-to-the-mountain look that is still so popular in China. And it has a roof-rack!

  1. Clumsy, crude, cheap looking and dated design which is a cynical rip off of a Great Wall passenger car (Voleex C10?) and can therefore presumably use the same glass house and toolling to save costs.

    Not nearly good enough.
