The compact SUVs just keep coming to the Chinese car market. The latest addition is this SouEast DX3, the production version of the SouEast DX Concept. The DX3 was designed by none other than Pininfarina, the famous Italian studio that also drew the SouEast DX7 SUV.
Fashionable small lights and a very black bumper. No visible pipe.
The SouEast DX3 will be launched on the Chinese car market in Q4. Price will start around 65.000 and end around 90.000 yuan. Power will come from a Mitsubishi-sourced 1.5 liter four-cylinder petrol engine (4A91) with 120hp, mated to a five-speed manual or a CVT, sending power to the front wheels. A 1.5 turbo with some 150 horses will be added to the lineup later.
Green car likely a sport model of sort, with racy wheels and a black roof.
