Four long years ago I posted a post about an interesting project where a small Chinese car shop was turning a Jeep Patriot SUV into a parade car. There wasn’t much progress for a while and eventually I forgot about the whole thing. Until today. The China-made variant of the new 2017 JeepCompass will debut on the Guangzhou Auto Show in November and launch on the Chinese car market soon thereafter. Price will range from around 170.000 to 210.000 yuan ($25,000 – 31,000).
