Extreme Tuning in China: 300HP V6 in a Xiali

This is Tuning with a capital T. A fine Tianjin-Xiali TJ700 with a Nissan V6 in the back, making this a true mid-engined hyper car. 300hp is only the start, or so the owner said. This isn’t a Lamborghini Diablo but a ‘Diablo Auto’, a remarkable well-made Diablo lookalike from China, seen today at the Auto Tuning Car Show in Beijing. Diablo Auto had two fine cars on their booth, one purple Diablo VT Roadster and this brilliant orange Diablo VT.

Moving some stuff with the Fire Truck in China

A fire truck loaded to the roof with what seems to be a restaurant’s inventory, seen somewhere in the great city of Guilin in Guangxi Province. Sadly we don’t know exactly what’s going on here. Are those brave firemen merely helping a friend who had to move his stuff or are they trying to earn a few extra yuan after a fire? Audi A3 in pink and some black in China

Late Thursday evening here in Beijing, the streets are quiet but there is one bird sitting-singing on toppa my screen. Time so for Pink! Here we have a very kinky pinky Audi A3 with a matte-black bonnet, seen in the great city of Shanghai by reader & serial spotter Navigator84. Pink-ish alloys a great touch! The Audi A3 is imported into China and therefore on the expensive side for a dressed up Polo, price starts at 255.000 yuan and ends at 327.900 yuan. Pink Adi’s are sadly yet quite rare in China, we only got a pink Audi S4 and a pink Audi TT.

A very mad Honda S2000 sportsmachine seen by our friend Lingling on the streets of the great city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province. The S2000 is sexed up with a froggy-green paint job, an extreme body kit and very small mirrors. The S2000 was the last decent sporty Honda before the brand sadly changed to its current hybrid crap.
A 1995 Ford Mustang convertible thinks it is a Mercedes-Benz S320 in China

Here we have a really strange car in China, offered second hand for 12.000 yuan (1885 USD) in Liaoning Province. It is a 1995 Ford Mustang convertbile converted to a ‘Mercedes-Benz S320′. The seller claims is was manufactured in June 1995 and imported into China in the same year. Seller completely ignores the Benz-thing and boldly calls his ridiculous vehicle a ‘Ford Mustang’.
Cadillac SRX in matte-black with blue lights in China

This must be, the most pretty, Cadillac SRX in the world! It lives in north east China and was spotted by a friend of a pengyou at a Cadillac dealer. The rather boring SUV is sexed up by a matte-black wrap and… blue lights! That is really 1980′s Peugeot 205 GTI-tuning, we are happy it has finally arrived in China.
