Porsche Boxster in metallic-pink in China
Published on July 19, 2012 by W.E. Ning

A very shiny Porsche Boxster in metallic-pink, with a girl because it is after four ‘o clock here in Beijing. Girl & car live in the capital too, shiny stuff is a well done wrap. Blacked out alloys and black roof contrasting nicely with white skirt pink body work. This Porsche is the second metallic-pink automachine we see this week, earlier on we had us a Smart in the same color.
The Bear will keep an Eye on the Rear
Published on July 19, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter
Who needs a rear view mirror when a bunch of bears can keep an eye on things coming? It is all about having faith… Seen in Beijing behind the useless window of a Ford Fiesta sedan. Owner likely such a cute little Chinese girl, she likes Hello Kitty too:
Hot Chinese model Shi Lulu does Volvo at the Hainan Auto Show
Published on July 18, 2012 by W.E. Ning
Introducing Ms. Shi Lulu, a hot Chinese car babe seen here at the very local ’2012 Hainan International Auto Show’ on sunny Hainan Island, which was held last week. Shi Lulu should not be confused with that other bomb from China, Ms. Gan Lulu, who heated up Beijing in April.
Both babes have dedicated fans that virtually kill each other online, fans of Gan accusing Shi of stealing the ‘Lulu’ name. She likely did, Gan was earlier and the first names are funny too: Shi means ‘wet’, while Gan means ‘dry’. Chinese: 湿露露 and 干露露. Well, you choose…
BMW 5 in orange & black in China
Published on July 17, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter
This car is so cool I almost lost my wife when I saw it parked in central Beijing near a vegetable market where that same wife wanted to buy us some lettuce. This is a very orange and matte-black last-gen BMW 5-series, made to look like an M5 but actually and indeed a bread ‘n butter Brilliance-BMW 5Li.
A very Lucky Maybach 62 in China
Published on July 17, 2012 by Joey Wang
A very lucky Maybach 62, seen in the capital Beijing. The 9 is considered a lucky number in Chinese culture because it is closely associated with the mighty Chinese emperors of ancient times, whose power was according to Chinese mythology protected by dragons. The mythology also says the dragon has nine children and here the lucky 9 was born. There are still many Nine Dragon Walls in China, symbolizing the power of the dragon and the emperor. The owner of the Maybach so, must be a very big man…

Big trouble again for Porsche in China. The owner of a Cayenne is seriously fighting a local Porsche dealer in the great city of Taiyuan, and he is using kinda naked painted girls to make his point.
Volkswagen Scirocco AMG from China
Published on July 17, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter

AMG is the famous performance division of Mercedes-Benz, but why, this Chinese Volkswagen owner wondered, only for Benz? He got his Scirocco sexed up with a lotta extra plastic and very fake AMG parts, for sale in your local parts shop from 25 yuan for an AMG-badge to 500 yuan for a AMG brake pad. The result is interesting….
An Audi A4 is not an Audi A4 in China
Published on July 17, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter
Reader Gooz12 knew there was something not right with this Audi A4 he saw on a highway in southern Guangdong Province. And indeed, this ain’t no Audi A4 at all. In fact, this is a Kia Qianlima with a super-fat body kit to make it look a bit like the Audi A4. The front is actually great work, one really has to look twice. Yellow stuff a bit too much. Back is less convincing:
Crash Time China: Mercedes-Benz W140 S-class hits Toyota Highlander; Benz wins
Published on July 16, 2012 by Tycho de Feyter
A terrible crash last week in the extremely polluted city of Jilin in Jilin Province. Terrible because the crash involved one of our favorite cars; the Mercedes-Benz W140 S-class, and yes it was an S600 V12! The other car involved was the rather boring Toyota highlander SUV, made in China by the Guangzhou-Toyota joint venture. The mighty Benz was hit hard but damage seems repairable. Now the Highlander:
BMW 5-series in Army Green in China
Published on July 16, 2012 by Joey Wang

A last-gen BMW 5-series in matte army green, seen in an underground parking lot in the great city of Xiamen in Fujian Province. Matte army green is a very rare color for a car, this is in fact the first time we have ever seen it. Loox not bad on the Bimmer… The 5 was and is made in China by the Brilliance-BMW joint venture.
