Qoros 3 GT Launched On The Guangzhou Auto Show In China

The Qoros 3 GT was unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China, sporting more stickers and stripes than a 1985 Toyota Starlet 1.3 Si. The Qoros GT is an interesting car, for it is not really a GT. It is a crossover sedan based based on the Qoros 3 Sedan, similar in style what Volvo calls an XC and Audi an Allroad. The Qoros 3 GT has been launched on the Chinese car market immediately. Price starts at 110.900 yuan and ends at 139.900 yuan.

Hyundai Celesta Launched On The Guangzhou Auto Show In China

The Hyundai Celesta has been unveiled on the Guangzhou Auto Show in southern China. The Celesta is a sharp looking compact sedan, but it is not entirely new.

It is based on and replaces the Hyundai Elantra Yuedong, which was a continuation of the fourth-generation Hyundai Elantra. Production of the fourth-gen Elantra in South Korea ended in 2010, but continued in China by the Beijing-Hyundai joint venture.

Great Wall Motors has launched its new WEY brand on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. Sales will start in April next year. WEY is a “premium SUV brand” which will sell a line of luxurious and sporty SUVs. Volkswagen Teramont SUV Hits The Guangzhou Auto Show In China

The seven-seat Volkswagen Teramont SUV has been unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. Its debut was highly anticipated and judging by the buzz it generated on the Volkswagen booth, the Teramont lived up to the hype. The Teramont is the new flagship SUV for Volkswagen China and the twin-sister of the Volkswagen Atlas.

The Atlas is manufactured in the United States for the North American market. The Teramont is made in China by the Shanghai-Volkswagen joint venture for the Chinese market.

Great Wall’s Haval brand has been launching so many new SUVs and variants of SUVs and it now seems they finally lost it. On the Guangzhou Auto Show they debuted a car called the Haval H6. Earlier on we heard this car was the F6, of the new F-Series. Then we heard it was actually the Red Label version of the Haval H6 Coupe, or a Blue Label version of The Haval H6, or the new H6.

Not any of this seems true. The car was called H6. Not H6 Coupe. Not H6 Red or Blue. It had blue badges, indicating it is a Blue Label car. But of what?
