Patent Applied: BYD 6B leaks in China

BYD has applied for patent on a new mid-size sedan code named 6B. The design shows similarities with the BYD G6 that was listed in late September. The 6B however is a smaller vehicle, according to Chinese media it is based on a shortened G6-platform.
FAW Oley to be listed in China in March 2012

Chang’an Eado to be listed in China in March 2012

The new Chang’an Eado sedan debuted at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September and debuted in China at the Guangzhou Auto Show last month. The Eado will be listed on the Chinese car market in March next year, price is expected to range from 70.000 to 110.000 yuan.

The Chevrolet Orlando has been spotted in China without camouflage, it will be listed in the first half of next year, debut of the China-bound version is expected at the April 2012 Beijing Auto Show. At debut the Orlando will only be available with a 1.8 but a 1.6 turbo might follow later. The Orlando will be imported from South Korea where it is made in GM’s former-Daewoo factories.
