Chery Fulwin 2 Cross arrives at the Shanghai Auto Show

The very first live shots of the new Chery Fulwin 2 Cross, it will debut tomorrow at the Shanghai Auto Show. The white vehicle on pics was seen unattended while workers were still building Chery’s booth on the show floor. The Fulwin 2 Cross will be launched on the Chinese car market later this year, it is based on the recently facelifted Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback.

These are the very first renderings, likely leaked from a product presentation, from the new Chery Fulwin 2 Cross that will debut on the Shanghai Auto Show. The Fulwin 2 Cross will be launched on the Chinese car market later this year, based on the recently facelifted Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback. Cross-treatment included the usual black plastic, a low lip under the front bumper which is sure great for off roading, chromed mirrors and a roof rack. Facelifted Chery Fulwin 2 hits the China car market

The facelifted Chery Fulwin 2 has been launched on the Chinese auto market. Price starts at 53.800 yuan and ends at 69.800 yuan. The facelifted Fulwin 2 debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show last month. Lone engine is a 1.5 four-cylinder with 109hp and 140nm, mated to a 5-speed manual.

The facelifted Chery Fulwin 2, hatchback and sedan, debuted on the Guangzhou Auto Show in China, both vehicles will be launched on the Chinese auto market in December. The facelift did the Fulwin a lotta good, it suddenly seems much more ‘designed’. The facelift included a new grille, new bumpers, new head lamps, new rear lamps and an updated interior.

Earlier this week we had the first pics of the facelifted Chery Fulwin hatchback and today pops up the sedan. Front is identical to hatchback so not a big surprise for sure, things are however quite different at the back. The facelifted Fullwins will be launched on the China auto market in March 2013, debut is expected at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013.

The Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback and sedan will get a facelift, the new Fullwins will debut in the second half of this year. New spy shot of the hatch show a much sharper design inside and out. Chery didn’t really try to hide it anymore, nose and back were covered with just a thin layer of what seems to be toilet paper.

Chery is working on a facelift for the Fulwin 2 hatchback and sedan. The Fullwins get a new grille, new bumper, new lights up front & on the back and an updated interior. The facelifted Fullwin will hit the Chinese car market in the second half of this year.

First came the sedan and now it is the hatchback’s turn, the Chery Fulwin 2 is on sale from today. Prizes start at 52.000 rmb and go up to 60.800 depending on luxury level, not on engine. Engine is the same for every one, a 1.5 Ateco, 80hp@6000rpm and 140nm@3000rpm.

A new Chery fell from the tree, meet the Fulwin 2 sedan. In Chinese it is called 风云, Fengyun, which literally means ‘windcloud’ but is used to describe a hard wind or storm. The English name ‘Fulwin’ comes from ‘full wind’. The old Seat based Fulwin was known in some markets as ‘Fulwin’ and as ‘Fengyun’ in others. When the new Fulwin was still only a prototype Chery called it ‘Storm 2′ in English. Chery likes confusion among its foreign customers, anyway: this is the Fulwin 2 until Chery changes the name again.
