Happy New Year! May it be a good one with lots a cars and world peace. 2014 will be another busy year for cars in China with zillions of new cars coming to the market and the giant Beijing Auto Show will show the latest trends in late April.
As I write these very words new cars are being launched and tested all over China, it just never stops, and that is good for all of us! We will continue our relentless coverage tomorrow. Have a good New Years’ Day.
No better way, to start the year, than with a Big Pink Snake! Happy Year of the Snake to everybody. May this new year bring you luck, babes, money and planets full of beer. Last night I was with my wife at her dad’s place here in Beijing, eating far too much food and watching the massive CCTV new-year TV festival that everybody loves to hate. And it was good again, they had a bloody aircraft carrier in the show, and a space ship! No kidding, this is China, everything is possible…
We wish you all a very happy New Year. May there be happiness, a good health, some love, and a lotta beer. Next year many more cars, car culture, car tuning, car spots, and whatever else car we like. On pic four chick dreaming it big in front of a gigantic Hummer H2 limousine. We take one day brake tomorrow and will be back with a bang on Wednesday.
Happy New Year!, enjoy da party and I hope you’ll have a good one. 2011 was an interesting car-year and no doubt 2012 will even be better.
The ‘western-calender’ new year isn’t much of a party here in China, no firework and all (at least not in Beijing), for the big one we have to wait for the celebration of Chinese New Year in late January. Still, there is enough beer and champagne in town…
On pic a Tianjin-Xiali with a Cadillac logo on the c-pillar, to show that we all got to keep dreaming.
