It has been a while since we hear from Horki, but here they are with their ‘new’ 300E, a compact electric sedan that will hit the Chinese car market in Q4. Horki is a sub-brand under the Dongfeng-Yueda-Kia joint venture. We saw the first spy shots in 2012, the brand officially debuted in April 2013, and we saw new spy shots in May 2014, and then it got very silent.

An ultra cool Kia Pride hatchback, Spotted in China in the Dongba area in the far east of Beijing. The little hatch was in a fine shape for the year. Body was clean, paint was smooth, no rust or rot, and all seemed period-original and complete. Naturally, this being Beijing, it was very dirty and dusty.

A beautiful black Kia Optima sedan, Spotted in China in central Beijing. The good Ki’ was in a super shape, paint as smooth as new, chrome shiny as the sun, everything original and nothing broken or gone. The only letdown were the alloys which were far too dirty in comparison with the rest of the car.

This is the new Yogomo 330 from China, seen on on the Shandong EV Expo (intro) in Jinan City. The Yogomo is a new electric car, looking far too much like the Kia Picanto. The Yogomo 330 is rather large but technically still a Low Speed Electric Vehicle, it cannot go on the highway and buyers have no rights on government green-car subsidies.

A very dusty Kia Concord sedan, Spotted in China in Wangjing District in Beijing. The poor Kia was in a very sorry shape, looking more wreck than a car, without a grille and with broken windows. When I approached the vehicle a man popped up from behind the white minivan and asked me whether I wanted to buy the Kia, which was owned by his friend. So I inquired about the engine, and he laughed, and I passed.
