Lifan Motor makes small hatchbacks and medium sedans. But in China, suv’s still make the money. So Lifan is in with this Lifan SUV. It doesn’t have a real name. Likely Lifan thought: “the simpler the better”. Why don’t they then call their sedans ‘sedan’? Things off course get confusing for customers if you sell more than one sort of the same car. Another Lifan suv might therefore be called ‘SUV 2″.
