A beautiful Buick Regal, seen on the Wufang Tianya Automobile Parts City in east Beijing. The fine vehicle was wrapped in a matte blue wrap, and further sexed up by tiger-print wrapped mirrors, black windows, and fantastic seven-spoke alloys in matte gold.

Spy shots showing the facelifted Buick Regal doing some final tests in China. Debut is expected for the Guangzhou Auto Show in November and it will be launched on the China car market around the same time. The facelift brings the China-made Regal back in line with the US-spec Regal, but the Chinese versions has a bit more chrome on the grille, catering for China’s taste for bling.

The best spy shots so far of the upcoming facelift for the Buick Regal. New spy shots show the new front for the first time, showing new headlights, a new bumper, and especially a much bigger grille. A very clean Buick Regal police car, seen in the great city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province. The fourth generation Buick Regal was made in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture from 1999 until 2009 when it was replaced by the new Opel Insigina-based Buick Regal. The 4th gen was a very popular executive car for business and government, earlier this month we met a special stretched limo based on the Regal.

An interesting stretched limousine based on the China-made Buick Regal. The vehicle is stretched by some two meters in the middle but seems otherwise pretty standard. The Buick Regal was made by the Shanghai-GM joint venture, it has since been replaced by the new Opel Insigina-based Regal.

A very interesting spy shot, shot by reader Chiprdan near the Shanghai-GM factories Shanghai. GM is very busy lately, updating its complete China line-up, but we never seen two new cars in the same picture before. Let’s have a closer look at both automobiles.

Here we have a very matte-black Buick Regal, seen on da streets in the great city of Urumqi in Xinjiang Province, where the sky is blue and all eat lamb. The Regal was a surpise because every other car in Urumqi seems to be a gigantic Toyota Land Cruiser, the other being a crappy zillionth-hand Volkswagen Santana taxi. The matte-black was a wrap, skillfully applied over the whole car. Sadly, the wheels & alloys were just standard.
