The famous German tuner Carlsson has come to China to tap into the glorious luxury market. Carlsson brought four cars to the Guangzhou Auto Show including the China-only C60 Royale (pictured) based on the Mercedes-Benz S600. It comes with loads of extra bodywork, a special two-tone paint, a stainless steel front grille, and and more power; now 600hp.

The new Rolls Royce Phantom China Dragon special edition debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show today. The Dragon Edition honors the Chinese Year of the Dragon that starts late January next year. The Dragon Edition is based on a Phantom LWB, only 8 (a lucky number in China) will be made for the very very wealthy.

Gumpert Apollo S arrives in China, not Cheap

Supercarwedding in China, number 5 and the Best so Far

Another Supercar Wedding in China and by far the most extreme we have seen until today. (see the others here, here, here and here). It happened in the great city of Huizhou in the very rich Guangdong province, famous for its electronics manufacturing that includes all from Samsung TV’s to Apple iPhones.

The happy couple drove their very own Bentley Continental Supersport, their friends came in, to name but a few: four Ferrari 458, three Lamborghini Gallardo, two Porsche Panerama including one souped up, a Nissan GTR, Maserati GT MC Stradale, Rolls Royce Ghost, Ferrari California and an Audi R8. Supercar Transport in China

An extremely special supercar transport in China. We have two Pagani Zonda F, one Pagani Zonda R, one Koenigsegg Agara and one Melkus RS2000. The monster machines belong to Beijing dealer FFF Automobile and were trucked to the Bird’s Nest Olympic Stadium to spice up the Planet of the Aped premiere party. The The Dartz Kombat GOLD.RUSSIAN China Edition (Kombat, from now on) was present at the ‘Imported Auto Show’ in Beijing last weekend. It was the first time I say it in the flesh and it was an impressive machine. Bigger, wider and higher than any Hummer, G-class or Range Rover it has a kinda dangerous vibe all around it, and me guess that is exactly what buyers want.

Lotus hopes to sell more than 300 cars in China in 2012

China is crucial to British sports and racing car brand Lotus’ revival in the global market, with the country expected to generate more than one-fourth of its total sales within the first four years of operation, said a company executive.

“We see China as absolutely the most important market for us to further develop around the world. Although we’re just entering the market with the most potential today, we believe that within one year, China will replace Japan as our biggest market in the Asia-Pacific region.” Read more »
