The Beijing Auto Weiwang M20 mini MPV has been launched on the China car market. Price starts at 46.800 yuan and ends at 63.800 yuan. The Weiwang M20 will compete with fine cars such as the Changan Ounuo and the Wuling Hongguang, tapping into a fast growing market for affordable people carriers.

The very first examples of the brand new Beijing Auto Weiwang mini-MPV have arrived at dealers throughout China with a pre-sale price of 62.800 yuan. However, the Weiwang M20 hasn’t been officially launched on the China car market yet; that is expected to happen later this month.

Beijing Auto has released the first renderings of the upcoming Beijing Auto Weiwang SC20 SUV. Weiwang is a minivan-brand under Beijing Auto. The SC20 will be launched on the Chinese car market before the end of this year, debut is expected for the Chengdu Auto Show in September.

New spy shots of upcoming Beijing Auto Weiwang MPV. Weiwang is a brand under Beijing Auto, it was launched in March 2010 and makes commercial minivans. This new MPV will be Weiwang’s first passenger car, it will be launched on the Chinese auto market in the first half of this year.

Seen a couple of days ago on my way to work. This is a brand-new Beijing Auto Weiwang 306 min-van in police livery. The Weiwang-brand was launched back in March and this was the first time I saw one in the wild. Weiwang is focused on minicars and minivans with small engines and a lotta space. In Chinese those sorta vans are called ‘mianbaoche’, or bread-car, because their shape is similar the a steamed bun.

Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation, BIAC, launched a new baby. The brand is called Weiwang and will focus on minicars and minivans. First up is the Weiwang 306, a typical Chinese minivan or mianbaoche used everywhere in China to transport everything from human beings to lettuce to beer.
