Seen at an police equipment exhibition in Beijing, the Volkswagen Passat R36 Wagon in police colors. Not an actual police car but one that Volkswagen hopes to sell to the Chinese police. Too expensive one might think, but they also use the Audi Q7, BMW 5 and Hummer H2.

Volkswagen sells the 300hp R36 in China as an import but I haven’t seen many around, wagons are still not very popular on the Chinese market but things are changing, more and more car buyers see a wagon as a lifestyle thing that differs them from their neighbors.
