Sad news from super car land, a fine Aston Martin One-77 crashed very hard in the great city of Hong Kong. This car normally lives in the great city of Shenzhen, just across the border, and doesn’t have any license plates, meaning the insurance, if there was any, will not pay a dime. What happened exactly is unclear at the moment but the One-77 seems totaled. The cause of the crash might have to do with the fact that Hongkongnese drive on the wrong side of the road, a left-over from British rule. This can be confusing for a mainland-Chinese driver, especially with 700hp on tap. Via: Weibo.

  1. Technically it’s China who drive on the wrong side. More of the world drives on the left (as per Hong Kong) than on the right.

  2. “More of the world drives on the left (as per Hong Kong) than on the right”
    –> are you sure ?
Which world are you from ?! :p

  3. George I don’t know where you get your facts from. Far more of the world drives ON THE RIGHT including China, most of Europe, Canada and the US. Get your facts straight.
