Ah, the glamor. This is Du Yifei, a very sexy Chinese model working for Landwind on the Guangzhou Auto Show. Today, we take a look in her life. Smiling might look easy, but being a model is hard work, as we will see. Long days too, when the show is on Du Yifei works 17 (seventeen) hours a day.
Getting up early for going to the show. Du Yifei is 23 years old, she hails from Xinjiang Province in the far west of China. Du Yifei is a Chinese name, ‘Du’ is her last name, ‘Yifei’ her first name. She lives in a small apartment in the suburbs of Guangzhou that she shares with two other girls. Rent is 2500 yuan per person.
Models can change their clothes very fast. Here is Yifei opening the curtains at 06:00, looking hot already. Yifei smokes some 10 cigarettes a day, mostly when she is waiting to get on stage. She started modelling when she was 14, mostly in and around Beijing where she managed to finish college. When she was 21 she moved down south to Guangzhou, because Beijing became too crowded with other countryside-models.
Working with a computer this early ain’t good for the eyes! Still, Yifei wants to check her email, her fan-site and some very important fashion sites. Yifei buys nearly all her clothes, although mostly she doesn’t wear many, online. Yifei figures she spends some 2000 yuan a month on clothing.

Make up takes about 30 minutes, and that is only the first time of the day. When modelling on a show Yifei is made-up some ten times a day. A quick fix at the show takes about ten minutes, a whole new layer takes up to an hour.
Warpaint is on, getting dressed, shoes on and ready to roll. I guess Yifei took a shower sometime, but sadly we didn’t get to see that.
No limousines for Yifei, she ain’t there yet… Yifei takes the subway to the exhibition center, just like normal people. The trip takes her about one hour and costs 6 yuan. Yifei measures 1.80 meters, tall for China but not that exceptional for Xinjiang Province, the same goes for her voluptuous body.
Making a small jump in time. Yifei has arrived at the dressing room on the Landwind booth. A steaming assistant does her hair. Yifei is wearing a mask to protect her against infections coming from all those dirty men doing things with cars. Mind!, she didn’t wear the mask when outside…

Trying her stage set, Yifei will change clothes about ten times a day. All outfits look basically the same; very small and very SM. No real leather, this is pure PVC, so it gets very sweaty inside…
On stage waiting for the rehearsals to begin. Yifei doesn’t look too excited. She doesn’t have that much to rehearse. A short dance and then just looking hot on the bonnet.
The rehearsal starts! Yifei directly in front of the Landwind X5 SUV, wearing her second stage set. Cleaner doesn’t seem to see all the beauty hanging around. Strange man.
Finally! 10 o’clock and the show begins. Yifei suddenly loox all hot and excited, yez, she digs the new Landwind a lot. Crowd is enthusiastic, even at this early hour. Yifei wears yet another suit, bit Batwomen-like, with a heart cut out around her jumpy breasts.
