Spy Shots: facelifted Hyundai Verna seen testing in China

New spy shots showing the facelifted Hyundai Verna testing in China. The facelifted 2014 Hyundai Verna will debut on the Guangzhou Auto Show later this month and it will be launched on the China car market just before the end of this year. The facelift includes changes at the front and on the back, and a refreshed interior.

The current Hyundai Verna sedan arrived in late 2010. It is made in China by the Beijing-Hyundai joint venture. Price starts at 73.900 yuan and ends at 106.900 yuan. Engines: 1.4 with 107hp and a 1.6 with 123hp, both mated to a 5-speed manual or a rather old 4-speed automatic. Engines and transmissions will continue in the facelifted Hyundai Verna and price will be about the same. The joint venture also makes the Hyundai Verna hatchback which will likely receive a similar facelift as the sedan.
