This is new Venucia M50V MPV, it will be launched on the Chinese car market in early 2017. Venucia is a sub-brand of the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture. Up until now all their cars were based on Nissan platforms. The M50V is the first Venucia that is based on a Dongfeng.

Changan Automotive is in an MPV launching spree, just like many other Chinese automakers, because the segment is growing like a crazy. The next one to hit the market is this Changan Lingxuan, a neat looking compact MPV with seven seats. Lights and grille look nice, alloys are sporty, but the roof rails appear to be useless.

This is the new Changan Ounuo EV for China, an electric car based on the Changan Ounuo mini MPV. The EV versions looks exactly the same as the petrol version bar for the stickers, Changan didn’t even bother to add some blue detailing.

A wondrous white Chery Riich R2 M-MPV, Spotted in China on a car market in Beijing. The good Chery was sadly is not a very good shape, very dusty, dirty, and apparently abandoned. However, it can still be saved. The paint was smooth and the body undamaged, and everything seemed original.

The very first Spy Shots of a new Foton mini MPV for China. It will come in two kinds: a more luxurious Foton IS7, as seen on the first photo, and a cheaper base model called the Foton IS5. The IS7 has become a rather fine looking car for the segment, with a heavily chromed grille, sporty alloys, and big black bumpers.

This is the new Xin Longma Qiteng EX80 mini MPV for China, ready for its launch on the Chinese car market later this month. Price will start at a dirt cheap 50.000 yuan and end around 90.000 yuan. The market for mini MPV’s is booming like crazy as ever more car buyers in the big cities prefer the practicality and space of an MPV over a similar priced sedan or hatchback.

The brand new Weichai Auto Yingzhi 737 mini MPV has been launched on the Chinese car market, and the super sonic 16-inch touch screen is for real! It is standard on the three top-spec variants of the 737, the cheapest of which is called the ‘Yingzhi 737 Internet Edition’. On the first photo the screen in action on that internet, showing, somewhat fuzzily, a car website with a photo of the MG GS SUV. But best of all is the classic cigarette lighter located right under the screen. Happily, some things never change.

The new Changhe Furuida M50 mini MPV has been launched on the Chinese car market, another competitor in a hyper competitive segment. Price starts at 48.900 yuan and ends at 56.900 yuan. The Furuida M50 is based on the Beijing Auto Weiwang M20, with only a different grille and bumper.

Production of the brand new Weichai Auto Yingzhi 737 mini MPV has started in China, it will be launched on the Chinese car market in September, priced from 50.000 to some 70.000 yuan. Design is on the hip side for the segment, with a heavily chromed grille, huge headlights, huge mirrors, and a daring knack in the window line on the passenger doors.
