Chinese Army forgets Canon at gas station

A convoy of trucks from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) passes a Sinopec gas station. All trucks are towing an artillery canon. Note red sports car. The flower pot is a sticker on the window and does not matter, at all, for this story. Now the second pic:

One lonely canon is left behind in front of the gas station…

… and the convoy moves on.

Is FAW engine strong and reliable enough for it to be in the military?
Somehow I doubt their engine technology..
