The Cadillac XTS is made in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture, it stands on a stretched variant of the Epsilon II platform that also underpins other China-made GM autocars such as the Buick Regal, Buick Lacrosse and the Chevrolet Malibu. the XTS will be available with a 2.0 turbo and a 3.6 V6.

  1. I don’t find this surprising heck it even has the requisite rain as it’s been raining here in Shanghai nearly everyday for a month.

I don’t think this car is going to sell well, it just doesn’t compete against the Germans in perception in China (or anywhere else for that matter)

I wonder how the Chinese CUE system is going to fare here with their love of bling on everything.
