There is a new trend on the Chinese car market: cheap but trendy compact SUVs for young first-car buyers, aged 25 to 30, living in the cities and busy at work.

The weakest part of the Chinese branding is the design language. It just doesn’t have enough weight to look at a car and know what brand it is. With so many cookie cutter SUV’s coming out all of the other brands are losing it too. There hard at least 4 cars that look like the Hyundai X25 already. It is super ridiculous. 1

Chines design is very generic and boring. Engines or boring. Model ranges & naming is unrefined & complicated. Only selling point is the price.
